At the Hilton branch, five of the six latest reviews are with Ahmad, and two single out a barber called Abu Ziad, one naming him the master of cuts in Riyadh. Clients praise attention to detail and a barber who listens, while at Sulaymaniyah, Yaas and Zuher each feature in two of the six latest. None mentions the event service.

- The only home service listed is Cutz Special Event Grooming, from SAR 1,000 for five hours, for weddings, photoshoots or corporate events.
- Neither branch lists a single home haircut, and a regular haircut on their menu is SAR 85 at Sulaymaniyah and SAR 145 at the Hilton branch.
